BMPRS VENUES
UNDERBANK RESERVOIR NEAR SHEFFIELD
The Underbank Outdoor activity centre is where you need to be.
From the M1 Northbound, turn off at JN 35A onto the A616 west bound (signposted Manchester). The venue is 8 miles from this turnoff.
Continue on A616, passing the turn off to Stocksbridge (A6102). Also pass the Fox Valley Shopping Park on LHS.
After approximately 2 miles, turn left (Signposted Bradfield / Midhopestones).
Pass the the Mustard Pot on RHS, then turn left onto Oaks Lane (NARROW), signposted Bolerstone. After approx 3/4 mile, turn left leading to Underbank Outdoor Activity Centre on bank of reservoir.
Venue has free parking, clean toilets, and a good meeting room overlooking the reservoir.

(The Underbank Activity Center is on the South side of the reservoir).
Pitting is from the lke side so wellies / waders are highly recommended.
TRAFFORD PARK MANCHESTER

Trafford (Sale) Water Park Directions:
Trafford Water-sports Centre /Sale Water Park is situated on the southern side of Manchester at junction 6 on the M60 motorway. There is easy access from both M6 and M1 motorways via various routes onto the M60 for example -
M6 north and west via M61
M6 south and west via A556 M56 or A556 A56
M1 south and east via A627 M67 or M62
M1 north and east via M62

From junction 6 Trafford Watersports Center is clearly sign posted and only a matter of a minute or two from the junction.
Facilities:
Toilets, free parking & rescue facility. Parking is near to pitting area, so no long walks! Launch from jetty when water high, from ramp, when water low.
A big lake, which can be choppy when the wind blows in the right direction!!
Ideal for BMPRS off shore type boats.
NOTTINGHAM - COLWICK PARK

Park entry is £2.00 payable at the barrier at the end of River Road, then follow the road round the lake to the carpark/pits area which will be indicated by a BMPRS arrow. Toilets are a short walk away. Please bring your sandwiches/Picnic as there is no cafe facilities nearby and local services are a short drive from the park
Colwick park is stunning and has many walks and things to see and do. Colwick Race course is nearby where there may be a Sunday market or other entertainment. It is a good day out for the family - while we play with the boats.
DIRECTIONS
From the centre of Nottingham follow the A612 towards Southwell (Daleside road) out of Nottingham, ignore all the signs for Colwick park and Race course and stay on Daleside Road until you pass a large pub on the left (Colwick Park Toby Carvery) and you will come to 2 sets of traffic lights. At the second set of lights, filter right into Mile End Road and look for signs for Colwick Park Water Users, Take the next turn on the right into River Road, Follow this road through the trees until you reach the barrier.

LEICESTER - KING LEAR LAKE

DIRECTIONS
From North - leave M1 at J22 and follow A50 towards Leicester. Turn left onto A46 Leicester by-pass.
From South - leave M1 at J21A and join A46 Leicester by-pass.
At end of by-pass continue straight across first large roundabout (Hobby Horse pub on right). Turn right at next roundabout onto Glebe Way. At 2nd roundabout turn right onto Wanlip Road. Over dual carriageway and across next roundabout. Turn left into Watermead Country Park after 300 mtrs as road bears sharp right. Continue to end of road to car park.
